Just because you may be busier right now in your business, DO NOT neglect your marketing and “keeping in touch” methods. The best way to stay off the real estate roller coaster is to stay consistent with your activities, no matter how busy your business is.
-Write 5 personal notes.
-Post 2 business social media posts.
-Send your winter newsletter.
-Is geographic farming a pillar in your business? If so, prep and send a farming postcard this week.
-Spring market is here in many areas, and will continue to heat up in the coming weeks and months. What can you prep ahead and schedule now for the next few months to make this time easier and to ensure that your marketing does not get pushed aside?
