Do you have clients who "misbehave"?
What about rude agents, hateful colleagues, those who are spiteful or negative who drag you down and through the mud?
How many times do you turn the other way from the rude comments and ungrateful attitudes?
How often do you bend over backwards and give, give, give until you have nothing else to give to others who want more and more and more?
This happens to you too, right?
What if instead, we had open and honest conversations? Tell others when we aren't happy with something. Dispel misunderstandings by asking questions.
These conversations are hard. I suck at them, but I will get better at speaking up. It's worth it, because when you tolerate bad behavior, you are teaching people how to treat you.
Are you good at having these conversations?
