I love that so much. Gratitude is really where it's at. I've read, and come to understand in my own life, that when you are in or feeling gratitude you cannot simultaneously feel fear or anger. What a different place our world would be if we all practiced this.
No matter your current situation, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for. Start with the smallest, simplest things if you must ... a beautiful sunrise, a warm cup of coffee, birds dancing around the feeders outside your window, a wonderful group of women to share with (all things I am feeling thankful for right now). Gratitude will change your perspective and change your life. I promise.
