-Plant seeds for the spring (real estate market spring in my area often starts showing itself by the end of January).
-Nurture your client and business relationships well (client parties, holiday pop bys, cards and gifts)
-Work on your systems, either developing them or honing them, so you can launch strong into the new year
-Establish your business plan and marketing budget for 2017
-Review 2016 (what worked, what didn't)
-Set your 2017 goals
