It's hard to believe that we are already a week into the month of April, time goes so fast!
How was your first quarter? Have you taken time to review your goals and your business to make sure you are on the right path?
One mistake I see many people make (I've often made it myself) is they set goals and establish their business plan each year, then don't look at it again until the end of the year.
You need to tend to it regularly. This doesn't need to be a "beat yourself up" session. In fact, it can be quite the opposite. This is a way to be gentle with yourself, touch base, check in, see where you are.
I would encourage you to set aside some time, schedule it with yourself, even better do it with some friends, colleagues, accountability partners (my appointment is set for April 13th!) to do a first quarter review. What worked and didn't work? Are you tracking towards your goal? Do you need to adjust your goal? How about the marketing plans and budget that you set for the year ... are you on track or do you need to make some adjustments? Have you been implementing the things you said you would do?
This step is important to growing a purposeful business, an intentional life. Make the time for it, you're worth it!
