What are you allowing that you do not want to continue? Is it the seller that won't adjust their price for the current market/won't keep their home in proper showing condition/won't allow showings, but yet blames you for the lack of an offer? Is it the buyer who runs you ragged across 3 counties looking at multiple types of homes in many different price ranges? Is it a lack of leads or enough business? Take an action step today towards the direction that you want to go. Practice (and then use) some new dialogues with that challenging seller, and be prepared to let them go if they refuse to "get it". Schedule a meeting with that unfocused buyer reviewing everything that they have looked at and help them to focus on what they really want so you can move forward with purpose. Leads and business rarely falls in your lap (without having previously sown some seeds), update your database then use it to make some calls, send out some mailers or newsletters, do some pop bys.
