In 2014 I found myself feeling lonely and depressed in my business. I’d spent 10 years as a top-producing Realtor® with three kids under ten and I was BURNED OUT … so I accepted a position as a managing broker thinking it would solve all my problems (spoiler alert: it didn’t). Nearly two years in and I felt like I was moving farther and farther away from myself, craving connection, inspiration and a tribe of women who would “get it”. 

Enter, Empowering Women in Real Estate®. What started as a shower idea (aren’t those the best ones?) for a Facebook community all those years ago has turned into what you see here … a podcast, Monthly Meet Ups throughout the US and Canada, and a top-notch annual conference. That Facebook community? It’s going strong with many tens of thousands of women and is one of the greatest blessings of my life.
